Giant XTC 4.5 or Gary Fisher Wahoo Disc

Hello. First time on this forum, so apologies for coming straight in with a problem.
I have a choice to make between two hardtails I've found locally. I've taken them both for a spin and I can't make my mind up. I'd appreciate any input from this forum as I'm not overly clued up on bike components and specs etc..
They are both £425 and the choice is between the Giant XTC 4.5 2008 model and the Gary Fisher Wahoo Disc 2009. Here are the links:

If I'm honest my gut instinct is telling me to go for the Gary Fisher, but I can't ignore what looks like a better set up on the Giant.....

Can't comment on the Fisher, but I've got a 2008 XTC 4.5 and am very pleased (with the exception of the fork, which is definitely the weak point of the bike). Looking at the spec of the Fisher, it does seem to have suffered from the whole lesser-spec-for-more-money thing that has hit all the 2009 bikes...
