Kinked brake tubes from LBS

I usually do my own bike maintainance because I enjoy it and saves cash, but decided to get a new headset fitted and booked it into a LBS...
I collected it and noticed that it was not only loose but the (bar mounted) lockout clamp had been pulled off the top of the fork (rockshox SID) and didn't work, I asked them to correct it, which they did there and then. Job done - friendly staff!
...but when I got home I noticed that the rear brake cable (hydro discs) had been badly kinked at the lever and also at the ziptie bit on the top tube.... both the gear cables were on the same side of the steerer as well (easily fixed though).
Should I be concerned about these kinks, and is it likely to cause problems down the line? I'm not that impressed, is it normal to have to correct things like this when you collect stuff from a mechanics? (They weren't like it before as I fitted my fork and made sure I didn't kink them)
rant over, and advice appreciated.
