i am looking to buy a new bike. i have in mind the two already listed, plus a bianchi 7 xenon. i am going to end up slowly upgrading them until all that is really left is the frame, and will probably eventually change that, but last.
i haven't been able to find anywhere in the uk that sells the allex sport with the 105 groupset that the US site say it comes with.
the question is, which is the lightest/best frame to be upgraded around?
thanks

You'll need an Allez Elite to get the 105 groupset.
I would seriously recommend testing the '3' bikes you mention.Stumpjumper FSR 09/10 Pro Carbon, Genesis Vapour CX20 ('17)Carbon, Rose Xeon CW3000 '14, Raleigh R50

Don'tknow if the U.S. range has 3 models etc, but UK models are pretty easy to understadn:
Allez = Sora
Allez Sport = Tiagra
Allez Elite = 105
The Trek 1.5 you mention is a Sora / Tiagra group, so why does it matter?Stumpjumper FSR 09/10 Pro Carbon, Genesis Vapour CX20 ('17)Carbon, Rose Xeon CW3000 '14, Raleigh R50

Don't know about lightest frames, but I have the NZ/Aus. Allez Comp (which id the 105 spec with Aksium wheels) & seems pretty comfortable for longer rides.0
