Anything wrong with a sumo, i want a seatpost that i can fit and forget on my new audax build, i don't care for clamping design or colour just a good hardwearing seatpost ideally a thomson elite but i also like the look of the USE sumo, i have heard they tend to come loose??
Carbon fibre, it's all nonsense. Drink beer. Ride a steel bike. Don't be a ponce.

I`ve fitted a USE sumo suspension post on my MTB and it is just fine; I`d heard that the Sumo clamp can slip so I coated the surfaces with carbon grease which has `gritty bits` in it and the clamp has not slipped after much use on rough tracks.
