Upgrade my Cockpit?

Hey 
now i got new seat and peddles sorted on my Cube LTD Team... was wondering if its really worth me upgrading the cockpit componants (seatpost / handlebars and Stem) ??
the ones that came as standard are the Easton EA30 set.... and after going over a few reviews noticed below par reviews and opinions,,, so wonderd if an upgrade is in order?
ATM top of the list is a complete set of Raceface Deus XC merlins are selling as a complete set for £130 (i think its about 80 quid of RRP) and get very good reviews everywhere i have looked... including here at bikeradar
so would it be worth it? are my easton bits so inferior to the racefacr ones i would see any improvement? and if so,,, what? is it usualy just a weight reduction thing or is there more to it than that?
