Numb tingling hip?

Howdy, when out riding at around the 2 hour mark my left hip starts tingling and feels numb, sometimes its worse then others, If I stop and stretch off it goes for a while, I have tried changing seats and adjusting seat height and positon to no luck, any ideas??

    Riding may be inflaming / impinging on a nerve - might be worth talking to a physio.
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
