Same same, glorious in the peak district with nice intermittent cloud break. Let's hope it holds up.

I've been out riding, and ............I'm burnt. 8)

I wouldn't describe 23 degs C as blistering, but it is certainly very pleasant here today!

Get one of those big aerial mine fireworks. Put in greenhouse. Light. Run.

    Bingo, job done!

Getting a bit chill sat here in the garden. No worries, I'll fire up the erm fire pit in a minute. If it stays around 20 degs for the rest of the summer I won't be complaining.
It's easier to ask for forgiveness than for permission.

    I've bought a new bike....ouch - result

Yeah, all of a sudden I'm tempted to go back from 680mm bars to the old 560mm flats in the garage, so I can ride down the local paths without having both arms constantly in the plants  Oh, and some sort of nettle-proof waders.

superb weather in the east and borders over the weekend...

did GT on my toddy yesterday morning as the rest of the boys are working up at fort bill this week...so they wern't allowed out to play...

not too busy when I arrived..about 10am....passed a few on the way up...and set off before the mob at the top....overtook a few on the way down, who were gracious and all let me past without even slowing me down!

I think the heat was getting to most folks yesterday!

.blitz - Looks like you'll have to slap me then!

I went out for a quick ride late morning and bloody hell it was hot!!

I haven't been out for a week and a bit due to exams but needed a fix. It's always a couple of degrees warmer in the woods and the trees shelter you from the wind. I normally go non stop boosting when I ride on my own but today I had to stop every so often because I was overheating.

Just a wee bit cooler, please?

Splendid weather, loving it. Me and some mates taking a disposable BBQ up onto the mountain tonight with some burgers and a few beers and we going to watch the Racing (well, practices). You gotta love TT fortnight :D
