Giro time bonuses
Sorry if I'm being dense, but I haven't been able to find details of the time bonus system at the Giro.
Is it -20 secs for first on each road stage?
Are there bonuses for 2nd and 3rd as well?
Presumably no bonuses for TT stages?
Looks like they could be significant in deciding the overall winner this year.
