rotor moved by pad. Acceptable?

I am a bit anal about my bike. One wheel wobbles about 1mm out of true but the rotor is true and the pads bit in perfect harmony.

The other wheel is dead true but one pad touches the rotor a fraction before the other causing a deflection of I guess less than 0.5mm.

Am I being a perfectionist on my bike I ride like a peasant treats a mule?

    well one wheel might need looking at but the other is OK.

    rotors touching slightly is OK.
