What should a "Full Service" cover ?
Folks,
I'm planning to book a "Full Service" at £50 in Central London for my road racing bike. What should I expect this to cover ?
Also, daft question I know, but how frequently does one need this on a bike that is doing around 200-250km of riding per week ?
Thanks

For a full service I'd expect a clean, check, relube and adjustment of all key components - wheels and hubs, headset, brakes and transmission but excluding any new parts i.e. cables, chain, brake blocks etc. I do a 'major' service like this every 6 months - typically before winter and then again in the spring. £50 is a decent price, so check exactly what you get for your money - you may find things likes check/adjusting wheel hubs bearings and wheel truing excludedMake mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..0
