fitting suspension forks to bike with caliper brakes

My brother wants suspension forks for his old voodoo it has standard caliper brakes. Will suspension forks go with standard caliper brakes. Please help.

    Calliper as in side pull like fitted to roads bikes? If so very unlikely as the forks will come with canti bosses.
    I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.
