Tri cross headset integrated or semi ?

Not sure whether this should be here or MTB anyway the headset in my wifes 07 spesh tri-cross need replacing, its integrated I think as there apears to be cups top and bottom because I have knocked them out purely because it appears the outer bearing race has seized in the cup. I have looked around for a complete replacement but sure which exactly I should be buying.

Anyone any experience of these

It sounds like yours is internal. Theoretically, any other 1 1/8" internal/Zero Stack headsets should fit, but you'll want to check the insertion depth to make sure.
