creeking carbon frame noises

i have a nero corsa carbon frame bought from Ribble cycles last year, the bottom bracket was creaking really bad, on close inspection the shell is lose in the frame!! you can see this when you push and pull the cranks from side to side. I had campag ultra torque fitted. Any one else had problems with ther carbon frame? ps iv~e sent it back to Ribble this week see what they have to say?

    My Nero Corsa can be a bit noisy but i think it comes from the saddle/seatpost area. I'll check out the BB though. Generally I'm very pleased with it.
