Fiding the best price compared to lbs RRP

Hey guys,
Hope you can help. I have £200 left to get my discount from the bike shop (through cycle scheme) Trying to work out how to get all I need and make best use of the voucher. Problem is they charge full RRP and am wanting:
Lock: Approx £40 max - Mini Kryptonite seems a bargain http://www.allterraincycles.co.uk/product/2301.html compared to the £40 they wanted to charge me for an inferiot series 2!
Clipless Pedals SPM 520 £35 lbs - found on the net for £20 - or should I get a better set on the net
Shoes - Again they want £39.99 for Shimano and am sure they are cheaper on the net
Am also looking to get a jacket. So any advice on the above products and or any good bargains on the net would be appreciated.
