new shoes

I am looking at getting a new pair of mountain bike shoes. I am torn between Shimanos M086 and the Gearne G.ara and the Gearne G.ara carbon. Has anyone got any advice? alternatives?

Also i am usually a 47 to 48 for Diadora and a 48 in Shimano. I dont know if they come small etc but again, if anyone has any advice i would appreciate it.
