Finish Line red and GT85

I've read on here that gt85 (which contains ptfe) is catagorically not a chain lube, but isn't the finsh line red a dry lube containing teflon? Why is the expensive stuff ok?

    Finish Line Dry has much, much more teflon. GT85 is ok for lubing bushings but not great for the chain.
