Safe or not?

I have just noticed that my Keo Carbon pedals state maximum rider weight of 100Kg.........hmmm ahhhh ohhhhh well just checked on the scales which are obviously out of calibration tee heee....and I am a wopping 109Kg, do you think I will be safe untill i loose a few kilos?
Anyone Close?

    Definitely safe, in my opinion. Weight should not really be the limiting factor- they should rate them for maximum rider power, as any sprint-type stroke will create much more force than simply standing on the pedals will ever do. if they are designed for pro's you'd think they would have pretty high limits. 10% over is not extreme/
    If it's because of warranty, I can't see them coming round and weighing you before they will deal with you.
