hub bearings

I've just retired a wheel, hub seals leaked and I was adjusting/regreasing every other ride, sh*gged I think is the technical term, both cup and cone pitted and graunchy.

So I was wondering, does anyone make a sealed unit to slot in where the bearings once went and so renovate the old hub. Seems like a relatively sensible product?
