How to swap left and right brake lines?

I am a total noob with hydraulic brakes. I just sold a couple of old bikes and bought a Cube with Formula Oro K18 brakes.
The problem is, this is my first Euro bike so the front brakes on the left, the back on the right. My LBS said they could swap it for me before I collected it but I thought I would give it a bash, thinking I would get used to it. After a couple of months and 200 miles offroad, there have been too many times when I grab the wrong brake, I just can't ride 100% with them.
I could take it to my LBS but they aren't that close. What's involved with disconnecting the brake pipes and swapping them. I don't know exactly how they function so my worst nightmare is to loose the fluid etc. I think the cable lenghts will be ok, I can re-route them, a couple of cable ties and some pads to stop the rubbing should work, its just the diconnecting and reconnecting?? I attached a pic incase it helps.

undo clamps on both lever assys and swap them around. tighten both bolts up evenly.

They get you like that do hydraulic brakes, wouldn't go near mine for ages after I first got them. Luckily yours are designed to be flipped easily, not so easy with some of the others. It's easier to ask for forgiveness than for permission.

Thats it done...feel a total noob!! 200miles on the wrong brakes because of a 2 min job :?
