Top service today from GB Cycles sister shop Bike Plus in Croydon today:
Last June I bought a Topeak TriBag for the Dragon and etape. Used it twice (it still had route card and some French gels in the pocket) and today noticed one of the buckles had come away as its strap had unravelled.
Took it in and showed them (I didn't have receipt) and they changed it on the spot.
Very impressed.
