areo bar shifting

i was thinking about how to shift in on areo bars.
i got my first road bike at the end of january for £500. and soon started time trialing. It has sora 9 speed, including sora STi shifters and clip on areo bars.
i want to keep the STI shifters but also have bar end shifters, a couple of months ago there was something that said you could "shift in both posisions"
but i would also need shifters, cables etc. how much would it be to get someont to set it up
at the moment i'm just thinking but i'm but it could become something i will do

Dura Ace Electronic is the way. It's a little bit more expensive than SORA but that's the only way you'll get it.0
