Anyone know what Headset fit a 2006 Focus Variado?
My Headset is destroyed on my 2006 Focus Variado...trying to get info from Wiggle or Focus are a complete joke....I know its a integral thing....i've had it to bits a few times trying to regrease the loose bearings...basically theres these cups which press on either side of the head tube...the bearings sit on these cups...and then a retainner cup is fitted over the top of both bearings...only thing I can see similar is a FSA Z - Orbit...but not sure of sizes etc...
anyone know any more....thanks.

I can't answer your question directly, Richyboy, but it might help to have a look at this link if you've not seen it before:

It might be worthwhile removing the headset and looking at the bearing races themselves. If they have "36 x 45" written on the side, then it's a cane creek compatible integrated headset. In this case, the Cane Creek IS2 or IS6 would be a straight swap, also the FSA Orbit CC would also be an option, see wiggle links:

Further to my last post, if you think your headset is similar to the FSA Z-Orbit (linked below), then this looks like a zero-stack, semi-integrated headset.

Arguably a better headset, as the bearings sit in cups which are pressed into your frame via an interference fit (the cups wear, not your frame). If it's the bearings which are cooked, then I think any 36/45 bearings will do. If the whole thing is fried, then the Cane Creek ZS2 might be an option for you:
