I had some troy lee gloves, the summery ones with lots of mesh on the back, they were ok, but nothing special. Now got some Thor Phase S9s and really like them, excellent fit, well made and very, very comfortable, maybe not as ventilated as you'd like but Thor also make the AC S9, which fits the bill.0

Fox Inclines here - very thin and well ventilated, booger wiper on the thumb, but no padding (you'll just have to man-up ).

I'm using the 661 Raja ones at the mo, very light well ventilated. but not hard wearing enough by a long way, had them for maybe 3 months worth of real riding and im looking at replacing them very soon0

Ive just treated myself to some Dakine jobs purely because thats all the shop had at the time but they turned out to be ok. Well padded, suede(?) palms and a massive snot wipe only £20
Thewaylander Surprised to hear that, My 661 gloves are still going strong after about 5 summers! Not sure which ones, somebodys signature glove I think. Very comfy, If I could still get them now i'd get a few pairs!"Didn't hurt"0 -

I like the 661 Raji, last pair lasted me about 2.5 years including commuting every weekday.0

I've just looked at the same purchase myself. In the past i've tried lightweight gloves like the raji and airflow from sixsixone but cant get away with them as i really need padding. Last week i bought some specialized gel long gloves from evans. Only used them once but they are perfect. The padding is in the perfect place without interfering too much. I think they were about 25 quid.0

Endura Full Monty here.
Fit like, well... a glove. I actually bought them for the winter but they were way too thin. I'm going to carry on wearing them through the summer but may change to fingerless.
Padded palms, well ventlilated, look great.
Go try some on!0 -

Endura Full Montys for me too. As above, they fit really well. Padded palms. I wore them for a week in Spain when it was around 25C. So should be fine for a UK 'summer'.0
