Crank Keeps Coming Lose ???

Recently I have had a problem where my left crank will come lose from the bottom bracket within 5 minutes of getting on the bike. I have had the bottem bracket replaced hoping it would fix the problem, but even with the new bottom bracket the crank keeps coming lose. Any ideas on what the problem might be and what I need to do to sort out the problem?

What crank and BB?
More likely the soft alloy crank has worn.0 -
I think things are ok now, I put on my one of my older left cranks and I have had no problems now since my last ride so I guess that orginal crank had worn like you said.0
