Specialized Pro Tyres

Swapped my Kenda's for some of the Spesh Pro tyres (£10 for two from Rutlands IIRC)

Have to say, amazed, the difference in speed/effort needed is unbelievable. The roll resistance is hardly anything.

Anyone else change to lower profile tyres in the summer?

    Yep, smacked some Maxxis Ranchero's on a few weeks ago. Very quick but deadly if they so much as smell mud!

    got a pair of Land Cruisers for commuting and is surprise how much a different it made so by putting a pair of semi slick on for road use. they are quite heavy tho
