Gear cable replacement guides?

Hey

Is there any videos on how to change gear cables?

My XTR's came today and want to put them on.

Tried parktools, but I am no good at reading stuff, need to see it done.

Tried you-tube as well and could not find anything.

I am only doing the front as the rear is fine, or should I do both with xtr?

My bike came with Jagwire with kevlar coating, so I think they are quite good anyway.

One of my bikes has jagwire cabling and I find it fine as long as it's lubed.
Only worth changing cables if you feel they're a bit stiff and shifting could be improved.
