I have a friend who has a pair of Planet X Pro 50 Aero carbon wheels and he has asked me to true them. I true and build all my wheels but haven't done anythng with carbon fibre and I was wondering if there is any difference between truing alloy rims and carbon rims?

Cheers

Fewer spokes = more balanced tension needed. Keep each adjustment to a quarter turn and avoid over-tightening. Do the wheels have internal nipples? Then you might need a special spoke key. If the nipples are aluminium, they might have corroded internally too.
Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
