Hello!!!

I have a 2007 trek top fuel 8 with the Fox 32 F100 RL up front, (owned from new).
Recently i have noticed a much harder ride and knocking through the front end giving my arms/shoulders a propper beating on anything much bigger than a few pebbles!

I have set the pressure, sag, rebound to for my weight and when stood on the bike seems fine at around 30mm of sag.

I have also replaced the star spangle nut in the tube to ensure all is tight enough at the bars.

I have tried allsorts now but its not getting any smoother.

Is this a common problem with this fork?
Do the forks need a service?
Should i be looking at another fork?

Having just done the red route at dalby my arms took such a battering i am actualy typing this with my teeth!!!!

Thanks for your time and i look forward to any suggestions
