To keep fit I daily ride on an old railway track close to home and love using my clipless pedals but when i go off road I have to change my pedals to flats.

Could anyone give me some advise on clipless pedals that are clipless on one side and flat on the other. Do they exist ?

I 'm sure I remember reading an article where shimano had manufactured some.

Thanks

they're really bad, i would recomend a big caged spd pedal look at shimano because you can ride them like flats

I tried, pedals like this. They're lethal, my foot always landed up on the wrong side and slipped off at the worst points possible!

Why do you have to change them? Is it just a confidence thing?
