Hi,
I need to replace the swing arm bearings on my canyon nerve ES 5.0 (german brand)

Can anyone tell me how to find out which ones to get, I probaby could get them from canyon in germany but it would probably take ages and they would probably charge me through the nose and charge loads of postage.
But I understand they are made by "haro"? I think it says something like haro on them actually, so I get the impression they are a fairly standard part.
It would seem from measuring that the ID is 7.8mm, and the OD is 22.3mm.
any help much appreciated.

p.s. does anybody else have a canyon? since I got mine i've only ever seen one other canyon, and that was a roadie on the brian robinson sportive last weekend.

take a bearing to a bearing shop and they will find you the right ones.

They'll probably be Ø8,0 bore x Ø22,0 OD. According to the SKF catalogue that will make them a 608 size as long as they are 7mm wide. There is an odd-ball 8 x 22 which is 11mm wide but these are very rare.

Ask your local bearing supplier (get on Yell.com and search for "bearings" in your area) for 608-2RSH, which are supplied with double seals.
