Titanium limit screws for 11 speed Chorus rear mech?

I know that Super Record 11 speed rear mechs have titanium screws and adjusters, does anyone know where I can get some titanium limit screws for a Chorus rear mech? My new build this year has only been caught out in the wet once so far and already there is rust appearing on the centre of the low limit screw
