Stems
The stem on my bike is a Uno Ultra and I'm guessing a 90mm. This feels a little uncomfortable as I feel like there isn't enough "Height" on it for me. The reach feels ok but overall it could do with a little bit more so I'm not as crouched and it's hurting my neck and upper spine.
Has anyone got any suggestions? I've already got 3 rings to heighten the stem a bit more but I'm at a loss as to what else I can do to rectify this.

Try looking at bontranger angled stems http://bontrager.com/products/components/stems/en . They do upto 40 degrees rises. I opted for this and it gave me extra height.
I tried a cheap adjustable stem before this, but it kept slipping and then the bolts sheared from over tightening. Not sure if branded adjustables are any good.0
