Removing Truvativ Holzfeller crank/BB

I am currently running a Truvativ Holzfeller 2.2 DH/FR crankset with Howitzer BB
I'm swapping it over for a Saint (nothing wrong with current set up - just being a tart and want saint!!)
Do I need any specific tools? Or will the HTII removal tool work on the BB?
And the cranks? Are they just standard self-extracting hex jobbies?

Im doing the same this weekend but replacing my ruktions/howitzer BB with XT.
I believe it just just undo the cups and away you go (after removing the cranks obv.).
My HT2 crank tool seems to fit properly the cups but I havent tried to remove yet to be honest."War is Peace; Freedom is Slavery; Ignorance is Strength." George Orwell - 19840 -
To remove the drive side you just need to undo the hex bolt.
To remove the non-drive side you need to remove the hex bolt then fasten a standard crank extraction tool to remove the crank arm.
Then you will need a Shimano Hallow tech 2 removal tool or equivalant to remove the cups.
Job doneIf it aint broke, dont fix it. Wait, there's 1 exception...unless it can be pimped up in anyway.0 -

NO they should both have self extraction bolts. If not then you need the Crank extractor on both. it is just an external ISIS fitting ( but ISIS cranks are not compatible."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

I cant believe I just typed that...I'll explain
I removed my bottom brackets last Saturday on 2 of my bikes (that were self extracting) and on Sunday I removed a bottom bracket from a 1997 Kona Fire Mountain (which needed a crank extraction tool). All the weekends events blurred into one and I ended up typing that crazy piece of advice.
Apologies all round, and thankyou Nick for picking up on it :oops:If it aint broke, dont fix it. Wait, there's 1 exception...unless it can be pimped up in anyway.0 -

Thanks for the input guys - been away for a few days.
I need to take my quake to LBS anyway - he said he would swap it out for a tenner on top of the other work he's doing so will get him to do it, at least I know it will be done properly... the last time I tried to remove something with SE bolts it drove me mad
