if you don't mind me asking, i have the exact same colour bike (mines a fisher) where did you get the red discs or did they come with the wheels?
but to answer your question
I've only ever had 3 tyres on my bike.
stock bontrager
panaracer xc pro <these were the best.
bontrager continental <not my favourite I'd say0 -
I love my Kenda Small Block Eights. Conti are notoriously small for their size and Kenda big for their size - the 2.1 Kenda will likely be a fair bit fatter. Alternatively they do a 2.35.
The Maxxis Crossmark is another tyre i considered when I got the Kendas."Melancholy is incompatible with bicycling." ~James E. Starrs0 -

I've got the same tyres and really, really like them!
I also bought a pair of the 2.1's and thought I wanted a bit more volume (but couldn't/can't imagine putting something heavier on  ).
So I put a 2.3 (SpeedKing Supersonic) on the front, but left the (slim) 2.1 on the rear and it works for me.
Used them through the winter this year to and I can now fix punctures in record time!*Rock Lobster Team Tig SL (22lb 14oz)
