Hi, I was wondering if anyone can help. I am having problems with the cassette - I have removed the cassette and put it on two different wheels and each time after coming back off a ride I have found the top three cogs to of come loose (although it was fully tightened before starting out!). The cassette is only a month old - is there a possibility I could of somehow damaged it or could there be another problem?

Thanks in advance

What do you mean by 'come loose'?

Only thing that springs to mind is whether you've got the 1mm spacer installed between the hub and cassette.

As Brun says, sounds like you need one or two 1mm spacers on the inside of the cassette.

If I reading your post right you will probably find the 1 mm spacer gunked to the hub of the wheel you first took it off. Pull the cassette off and the spacer usually stays stuck.
