Background is kinda white if a little erm off-white.

Don't worry, loads of forumites (on another forum) reckon it's too small, too many spacers, wrong size, too small and wrong size

That was actually my first thought too. Although the rather short stem implies that you have flexibility issues or long legs/short torso.

It'd be a controversial badge due to the upward pointing stem so, not one to court controversy....

I can't agree. The well-executed representation is IMHO a necessary element of showing the bike at its best. A rubbish photo can make even the prettiest girl/chap/bike look a dog. Not really in the spirit of the thread, I'd say.

If you merely want a visual record of your bike for insurance purposes that's fine, but if you're trying to make it look as good as you can then a little more time and effort with the camera is a bit more than a 'marginal gain'.

@MatHammond - nice, that's the kind of thing we're after. Looks very similar to one by Epic Cycles, though yours has better colour balance.
Aspire not to have more, but to be more.

To be fair, that one of yours against the fence was nowt special...

As long as you can see the bike properly and all it's bits it'll do. Anything extra is brill.

The OCP bit is just a bit of a tongue in cheek homage to the uber nazi roadie ethos....

I take it very seriously though, I'm looking for a new house at the moment and a white garage door is a must have...

I was the first to say so. If I contribute another photo to this thread it will be better, for sure. I stick by my earlier comments.

New to all of this, does this meet the OCP standards? Full info & spec on 'Your Road Bike' thread.

Not been put together for long and not yet seen the road. Agree with comments re: bar tape (only aware of that once I'd viewed the photo myself! - I will redo the tape and then re-shoot the photo)

Personally, I quite like the dust caps, although I appreciate that they may be somewhat pointless.
