Why no cable groves on bars?

I have looked at some 3T Rotundo bars, but they don't have any cable groves :roll: . Just thought this a little strange, and as I run Campag should I avoid them or will the cables be OK just taped to the bars?

    I prefer them without grooves as the profile with the cables standing proud suits me (I have large hands). Others prefer to keep the bar as round as possible, it's just personal preference.

    You can run Campag cables either in front of the bars or behind.Personally I prefer them in front as I don't ride gripped to the bars, my hands are just relaxed.Most of the time I ride on the brake hoods to so its not really an issue.
