Just a quick question regarding Scott warranty.

Just got back from Thetford and while cleaning my Scott Scale 30 (which I only got last November )I noticed some cracking of the lacquer around the wishbone. If this is not treated will it get worse and will it affect the paint work. Do you think it will be covered on the warranty ? Anyone experienced similar problems ?

Thanks in advance..

i would be more concerned about the frame flexing that much.

grt it to the point of purchace and get it looked at.

Cracking paint is a early sign of possible frame problems.

Scott warranties are great. A local rider brought his Addict into the shop last week- the paint on the forks is cracking on both legs. Scott just asked us to fax his receipt to them - didn't even want the old forks back or any pictures sent. He didn't even buy the frame/forks from us - Scott did't mind at all!
