Ok don't laugh but I am stuck and need some help. I have bought a usb memory stick and I want to transfer some pictures to my sons laptop. I have put the stick in and gone to the file in My Pictures that I want. I have left clicked and then selected Move To in the menu but it doesn't show the USB Card in the list of destinations to send to. What am I doing wrong? Please help! I am about to throw the computer through the living room window

Open up 'My Computer' and see if it is registered on there. If it is, drag and drop the pictures, if not, I'm stumped!0

Have you tried the memory stick in another USB port or something else that you know works in that USB port that should tell you if it's the USB port or the memory stick that's not working.'Hello to Jason Isaacs'0

Could be you have a duff stick, check it's working properly, right click my computer > manage > device manager, if there's any yellow triangles there then something is up. And try it in another device if possible too, as mentioned.0
