I'm looking to get a full susser with our cycle2work soon. I had hoped to get a Specialized Pitch Pro or similar but seems that the Pitch is un source-able for the foreseeable..
I want an All Mountain rig, rather than a XC as I like to ride a bit lairy. Nothing too crazy DH wise but general all round versatility and braun for more ballsy riding.
Any suggestions? Price limit prob £1500 MAX (prefer nearer £1000) before cycle2work deductions..
Thanks

i would have a look at marin bikes, have a good gander at the wolfridge or cheaper alternative rocksprings. Very good bikes for messing around on all mountain style, and most defo in your price range.
When i was getting my new bike it was all down to the pitch pro and wolfridge.. and you can probs tell which i chose...0 -

I've got a Cannondale Rush (carbon) which is excellent. If you can find some of last years stock anywhere you should be able to pick one up for around 1500 now.
Excellent bike btw.Be happy, communicate happiness.0 -
Evans in Bristol has a pitch in store, finished in blue. Looks stunning.0

Marin are great value. My 06 rift zone still going strong and you can get an 07 for well under a grand now. Still great kit.Ride, fall off, ride some more, fall off some more. I will get better...0
