hey im fairly new to mounting biking and im upgrading my keewee progressor, iv chosen all my bits like magura marta disc brakes and e-thirteen chainguide but im not to sure on the rear deralliuer.
it has to be a 7speed and it has to be able to take a lot of abuse, can any one give me a susgestion as to what to use.

I'd just get an Acera for a tenner. Lots of steel in it, tough as old boots!0

Just make sure it'll take a 7 speed chain (which are wider than the current 8 & 9 speed), it may have to be something like Acera.If you're not living life on the edge, you're taking up too much room!0

8 speed chains are the same as 7 speed chains ;-)
But any 'speed' mech will cope.0
