Which rear mech do I need?

Hi I need to put a new Rear Mech on my 04 Specialized Enduro. The Shimano XT return aint to good, Ive been looking on ebay etc and there appears to be numerous models of the XT rear mech. Which one do I get ? or does it really matter as long as its a XT ???

Get the same cage length. Then choose between Rapid Rise or normal.
