Hi I have the 80mm Durin race and have used various Fox forks (including 100 RLC) on the bike demo days. I prefer the function of the Magura although this could be down to me being able to set it up myself and using it on my own bike. What sold the Magura for me was:

Weight - in 80mm the Magura is significantly lighter
Colour - Ideally I wanted a black fork and I got this through Magura's customise scheme
Remote lockout - Magura has this and it quite light weight (I realise that Fox have Simano lockout now)

I am 60kg and ride cross country so I am not placing great demands on the forks. They both seem stiff and I cannot tell any difference between the two. If I were you I would stick to your Fox. I prefer the Magura but this is just my personal preference (Fox get good reviews so I am sure alot of people would prefer Fox) and I don't think it is so much better that it would warrent selling your Fox and buying Magura.
