When I did motocross back in the day, I loved the feeling of security a kidney belt gave me, so when in Lidl last night, I picked one up for £3.90 to try on the mountain bike.

Has or does anyone use one for riding? I'm hoping it will tighten my core a bit.

Waddya reckon?

Might be nice to keep you warm, but perhaps some exercises to stengthen your core would be the best bet?
You only need two tools: WD40 and Duck Tape.
If it doesn't move and should, use the WD40.
If it shouldn't move and does, use the tape.

Wouldn't want to use one for everyday riding, but for downhill/freeride type stuff it might be worth it if only for protection.

I had received three sheets of excersies from Pyso
    strengthen mid section of body.

Works really well and supports the back even more

If anyone wants them message me and il e-mail them on
