Shimano 9 and 10 speed compatability question.

I have seen a Disc wheel on ebay that comes with a 9 Speed Dura Ace Cassette. My Road/TT bike has 10 speed Ultegra components. Will the 9 speed cassette work with my current set up? Will I need to make any adjustments to ensure all runs perfectly smooth?
