Front derailleur working loose

I've had my Focus Cayo for a year. Put it in for a service at my LBS and they've spotted the front derailleur has worked loose. Shimano 105 kit. It is rivited (two rivets) to the carbon frame. No bonding. The guy said that really should not happen, as the part is under no particular stress. He said it is poor manufacture.

Do I have a case to get this fixed under warranty? I plan to call Wiggle on Monday. Anyone got any advice? Thanks.

Are you sure this is them mech and not the braze on part that the mech screws to?
Even so if it is then it shouldn't come loose but rivets do have a habit of working loose IME.
I'd call Wiggle and explain if it is the mech braze on that its faulty
