Internal headset and shock length

My Giant trance x headset is just about gone. Which one should i get any ideas please. Plus i would love to know the size, length of the shock on the Giant trance x. I would do it myself, But been honest im sh_t and measuring things. :oops: :oops:

Are you sure it is internal, not integrated, and doesn't just need new bearings?

Also the chock dimensions might be written on it.
