trek 1000 front derailleaur clamp diameter

Hello workshop people,

I'm switching over to campag components and I was wondering if anyone knew the diameter of clamp that I'll need for the new front derailleaur?

    It will say on the clamp of your current derailleur. It will also be, unless the seat tube is a strange one that changes thickness, the same as your seat clamp.

    The seat tube does flare so the seat clamp is no use, and there is no indication of a size written anywhere on the clamp, however after I had a look it seems a braze on derailleur will be fine.
