I'm meant to be going there this weekend and was wondering if anyone has been there before?

Is the XC course any good??

Is it similar to the Chicksands XC course?

    Nothing is waymarked, there is much more XC than at Chicksands.

    Lots of bridleways to explore - either just follow your nose or get an OS map of the area. Lots more miles to do than Chicksands XC-wise. Soil is sandy so drains easily but make sure you clean your bike after or else the sand will eat your drive train!
