OK basically i am a noob, i am thinking of making my own carbon bike, but here are the things i do not know.

Will carbon frame + Forks and Handlebar be strong enough for 95 KG? (my last one was alloy and the fork snapped. Not good)

I am 6.1 ft and i am wondering what size wheel I should have and what size would the frame have to be to go with the wheels?

And where can i get the carbon handle bar from that will allow me to switch gears by twisting brakes? Think this is calling gear shifting

Thank you.

Go to a good bike shop. I'm not meaning to offend, but you really don't have the knowledge for selecting all your components and building up a bike yet.

Most mfrs. will give a maximum weight limit for their frames so ask your bike shop or email the mfr. directly. There are plenty of 95kilo riders out there and frame failure is very rare. Finding what is the right size frame for yourself is something I doubt could be answered on this forum. There are many factors involved other than just your height. When you say wheel size I'm assuming you mean for a road bike. Most road bikes will have what's called a 700c diameter wheel which translates to about 622mm and for tyre width you could easily go as narrow as 23mm which is how the tyre size is listed (example-700x23). Wider tyre =more comfort and generally, but not necessarily, slightly slower and heavier. Almost all road frames are made to fit 700c wheels. The gear shifters you are referring to are just called brake shifters although each mfr has it's own name for them everyone will know what you are talking about and these are the most common style. Also, almost all road brake/shifters are compatible with almost all road handlebars. This is just very basic information and certainly not a template for building a bike best suited to you. I would very strongly suggest you visit some bike shops or make friends with someone, preferrably someone who works in a bike shop, to help you sort this out. I think you need some more individual help that can't be had just from an internet forum. That's not meant to be an insult it's just that there are many details that need to be addressed to get it done properly.
